Hardy Cognac is made using grapes from Fine Champagne region, both Grande and Petite Champagne. Made from a blend of 20 eaux-de-vie aged for a minimum of 20 years in lightly toasted Limousin oak. Rich and complex with aromas of rose petals, dates, and cigar box. Our Hardy XO plunges you into a unique world. The colour of scarlet with glints of amber is enhanced by the aromas of fresh rose petals and mature dates with a hint of well cured tobacco. The silky texture, characteristic of a mature and large XO, is matched only by its incredibly tenacious bouquet.
